1. Excelent staff and service

2. The service was excelent. The only problem was that is very far from the turistic places and there are no transport links apart from a bus. Even though I speak perfect italian I found it quite difficult. Imagine for somebody who doesn't how difficult they will find their way from the center of Rome to a residential area where the hotel is. They should have more frequent free shuffle service and later than just 6.30pm.
