1. The receptionist on duty on my day of arrival was exceptionally unhelpful and seemed happy with his inability to give me some help with directions when trying to find the hotel. He seemed honestly amazed as if he never expected me to find the hotel with my own directions. And when I finally found the hotel, when I asked the embecile about parking, he told me to park on the street while the web site clearly says this hotel has parking facilities. I finally got parked in by someone else and had to wait hours before I could leave the city on my final day. This receptionist totally ruined my stay in Paris and has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth when I now think of Paris...... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.....
