1. Complaints are not taken in a serious sense.For instance-I was in the bathroom using the private facilities when all hell broke loose the ceiling tiles parted in two places & then went back again only to open again revealing all the pipes above.I am not a nervous person ,having travelled the world.I am 82 years old and still very bright still,but in another person this might not be the case.My husband is 87 and things could have ended very differently,with shock.Otherwise we had a very restful break.Celia Cameron-Burrell Celia Cameron-Burrell, Spain
