1. My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Victor. The desk staff were not very helpful or engaged. Seemed that they did not enjoy their jobs. However, the ladies serving the breakfast area were very nice, cheerful, and helpful. Great continental breakfast--wonderful croissants, good coffee, juice, cereal, toast, etc.! The room (#4) was very small, but clean and very quiet. The bed was on the hard side, which is better than being too soft. However, I would not say it was comfortable. I did not know that pillows were made that flat! I had to use three pillows. No shampoo! Wow...never experienced that at any hotel. We had to buy our own. They forgot to make up the room on the second day--the staff were very apologetic. Great location--easy to get around.

2. Pls do not stay at this hotel.... The place is not worth the price and service is veryyyyyyyyy poor.
