1. Very helpful in getting our room ready early as we arrived from the UK at 6 am, we only had a short wait. We'd thought the park and bay would be bigger from the photos, but it was still a lovely location. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Paying extra for the parkview room probably wasn't worth it - from the photo the hotel looks large and most rooms overlooking the park. In fact most parkside rooms are along the side of the building - the photos show the adjacent apartments which look like they are part of the hotel. The road and railway are a bit close really but not a big problem. Toby White, United Kingdom
