1. The fellow at the front desk, Paul, was absolutely awesome. I have to say that if he were not the coolest hotel manager I've ever met, and I've stayed at many hotels, I would not have rated this hotel so highly, nor would I have booked a stay for one more night. I hope they're paying him enough. Paul is pretty much the best thing going about that hotel.

2. The room was very new and nice. AC worked well and plasma TV was a treat. The cleaning of the room was exceptional. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the ability of the front desk to answer questions. Don't rely on them.
