1. Staff were helpful, shuttle was good and the hotel had lots of amenities and information to assist a first time visitor to LA. No wireless in the room but in the lobby reception was strong and very fast. Pool and bar gave it a fun atmosphere and the restaurant was efficient and provided room service.
