08-Sep-072. We stayed in the presidential suite after paying heftely for an upgrade, but we expected for the upgrade to the much more expensive accommodation a corresponding higher degree of service. This is unfortunately nonexistent to our surprise. Doing you room the first night not at all and the second night at 4.14 P.M. and at night hearing rats and/or mice toring away at the ceiling was definitely not comforting the very least.
