1. Security here needs review. A key is required to access apartment. Swipe card is required to access lift and a beeper is required to gain entry into the car park. Very complicated!!! On check out i misplaced the Ving swipe card to access the lift. I was charged @$20.00 to replace this card. The value of this magnetic stiped card would be about 50 cents or less. No other Hotel i have stayed at have ever charged a fee for replacement. This ended what had been a pleasant stay here. Very poor customer relations!!! Would not stay here just on protest..
