1. A no-frills hotel, most staff can't speak English; so translation needed and this inevitably leads to slower response to requests and enquiries. Would stay there due to good location. Overall service is courteous.

2. This hotel is a very decent hotel with this price, I am very satisfied. If you want a place to sleep without any luxury entertainment. I think this is the one. But I would say the location would be difficult to foreigner to find even though there are loads of shopping malls around and near the Osaka station.
