1. The room was very clean and it was a nice bed. The pillows were awfull though. I thought the service was very good, very flexible so we didn't have to wait at all.

2. Found it a bit hard to find as it isn't actually on 'the square'. It wasn't open when I arrived - mid morning after a 24 hour flight from Australia. But personel friendly and accomodating. Unable to organise breakfast - we had to leave for an early train. Still it fitted our needs.
