03-Apr-072. A stylish well presented boutique hotel very conveniently postioned for central San Francisco. Had rooms on the 20th floor just below the Starlight Room (popular night club) and it was just a little noisy -but the views were great over the city! Had an early afternoon fire alarm that proved to be an accidental trip of the alarm system. Very speedy attendance of the fire brigade but we were not impressed by the response from the staff in clearing the hotel of guests and visitors! Ronald Poole, United Kingdom
