1. The signs for this hotel from Shannon Airport could be improved / replaced by newer ones. Despite contacting the hotel 1 week prior to arrival and notifying them of our late arrival at Shannon, 2330 hrs, we were at the hotel by midnight only to find the night porter had gone walk about, never did appear! and it was very nearly a book yourself in job. Other staff the next day were helpful and breakfast was adequate This hotel is okay for an overnight, close to the airport accommodation but is not one to stop in for a holiday stay. irene carr, United Kingdom
29-Mar-072. My second visit here, and most enjoyable again. Only one minor complaint is the use of liquid soap in the bathroom. If taking a bath, it is impossible to reach the soap dispenser, which is situated way out of your reach, so take your own soap! Neil Young, United Kingdom
