1. The best thing about Hotel Seiler is its position in a clean and central part of Rome, very close to Repubblica metro. The rooms are pleasant and clean, but small and basic. Bear in mind that there is no air conditioning in the rooms (although there are fans) making sleeping in the hottest months of the year difficult. Breakfast, in a dimly-lit oversized cellar, is above average for the price. Some of the reception staff try to tout overpriced tours. Don't take them! Even so I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cooler months of the year.

2. Good Location near all the tourist sites. The rooms were clean but a little compact, size for a double bed, wardrobe and small dresser unit. Shower rooms were good size and tidy. The reception staff were excellent in helping and giving information. As a budget hotel you get what you pay for.
