1. We went to a concert within walking distance of the hotel so this was great for us and the kids went to Seaworld for the day, which they loved as we hadn't been for a couple of years. We think the price of the Seaworld tickets should be reduced for people staying at the hotel, as they are quite expensive. We had an early check-in which turned out to be a bit of a joke really as we still ended up sitting in the lobby for 1 and 1/2 hours, in the end we went to our room to ask the cleaners if they had done our room, which they had and the cleaning lady helped us get front desk to get us into our room. Needless to say we left the cleaning lady a tip, she really helped us, when we were nearly at our wits end. Thank goodness the kids were at the theme park!! Eddie Daly, Australia
