22-Aug-072. We stayed at The Savoy last week end. It was a very bad experience and I will definitely never be returning again. Over priced, dowdy and well below my expectations would sum up the experience we had. It was impossible to get a reservation for dinner or lunch in the restaurants. Even breakfast had some kind of "class" system in operation for the allocation of tables in the restaurant or outside in the ballroom. Needless to say we were in the ballroom. Even the tables in the bar were all reserved at 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon!! Michael Lacey, Ireland
