1. We have just returned from 4 days at the Saratoga- we could not fault it- they advised us by e-mail how to arrive at the hotel(the no 1 bus stops 1 minutes walk away) and also gave us a room overlooking the pool and gardens which I had asked for.The buffet breakfast was everything you would hope for-hot and cold food as in all other 4 star hotels- and the dining room was beautifully designed.The location was great-5minutes walk to the old town and the harbour-we loved Palma too- very much like Barcelona- full of very old buildings, little narrow streets, smart shops - ramblas - lots of nice restaurants and coffee houses....... 27-Jun-072. Nice, clean hotel in good location. Super bar on top floor with superb views of Palma. Most of the bedrooms unfortunatley look onto a large concrete wall so sitting on the balcony is not particulary pleasant. Try to get a room on the front of the Hotel, better views, but hampered by traffic noise. Anonymous
