1. We paid $25 to have our car valet parked - on arriving at the hotel we had parked in a bus bay as this was the only space available. I went to check in while my partner waited in the car as we didnt want to risk a ticket - and after 10-15 minutes the valet finally came out to take our car (leaving us to hual our own bags inside). We had a great stay and rang up at 11 (about 20 minutes before we checked out) to make sure our car was downstairs when we got there - we checked out at 11:20 and then had to wait another 25-30 minutes downstairs for our car to finally arrive. I understand they had been busy but to pay $25 dollars to wait almost an hour for your car isnt really convenince is it? very disappointing considering the rest of our stay was great.
