1. It is a forty five minute drive from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Always take a metered taxi, the buggers there are only out to cheat tourists. If you take a metered taxi to the hotel request him to drive you via the express highway it is much faster way to get into the city, just about 65-100 Bath extra to use the express way. At 3 pm from the hotel to the airport we paid 226 THB + 65 THB for expressway. It is no problem to get a taxi at the hotel door step, just inform the Concierge you would only like a metered taxi. The hotel serves a huge spread of breakfast and we stayed at various big hotels during our trip, but by far The Sheraton Breakfast was the Best, breakfast ends at 10.30 so make sure you dun miss it. If you room does not include Breakfast it is only 650 TBH + + (15%) A must. No complains about the hotel, we got a really good room on the 18th floor and the view was awesome. 03-Jul-072. Great location on the river with the hotel having its own boat to ferry you the short distance down river to the Sky train station. Also very convienient access to the river ferries to take you to tourist locations. Good swimming/gym facilities and great buffet for breakfast. Anonymous
