1. We had a most enjoyable week in Interlaken and the staff at the Rossli Hotel were most courteous and friendly. We would have liked to have had facilities in the room to be able to make a coffee or tea when we liked, otherwise everything was very good.

2. Very friendly staff,hotel is ideally located and is within easy walking distance of city centre.The lack of a lift in the hotel might put some people off staying there.My family and I can recommend this hotel unreservedly.
