1. We had a fantastic weekend break at the Zum Ritter. As soon as we walked in, the staff (who spoke perfect English) couldn't do enough to help us. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is just perfect for doing all the usual touristy stuff (there's a Christmas market right outside the door in December!)
