1. Small hotel with limited facilities, no bar or lounge, no tea/coffe making facilities in rooms. Small bedrooms but clean and warm. Friendly staff. Excellent location just two minutes walk away from Eiffel Tower. Reasonably priced for location and worth staying at but only if you plan to use the hotel as a base for sightseeing. Some good restaurants/ bars nearby.

2. Hotel was ideally located. Room was small which is to be expected but showed signs of disrepair. Housekeeping was less than I hoped for as was the breakfast buffet. The walls were so paper thin that you could hear everything going on in the adjoining room and the mattress was so very uncomfortable which made getting to sleep a challenge. On the plus side, the desk staff was multi-lingual and helpful.
