04-Jul-072. Apart from the view the whole Quay West Suites experience was not good poor service from the very first moment of entering the establishment. The suite was not ready until well after the 2.00pm availability and we then found that it had not been fully serviced from the previous occupants, empty drink cans packets of crisps and nuts empty box's left around the suite no bathroom toiletries no bath robes etc Housekeeping were called to "re-do" the cleaning before we were prepared to accept the suite. This level of slap dash service continued throughout the 4 days of our stay, complaints to duty managers had no affect. The establishment claims to provide in its suites " the epitome of modern luxuary, complemented by five star service facilities... providing a truly memorable stay" this is utter fiction bearing in mind the rates charged we could never recommend this establishment Jennifer Phillips, United Kingdom
