1. Overall the Hotel was good. It provides you with all the basics to survive it was definitely clean. A sea view in this place is a must as anything less than a seaview reveals houses, roads, and train tracks. Staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel breakfast was not really worth it, its worthwhile going to some of the cafe which are local to the hotel, there is a local convenience store (Sparr) which is good for self catering. Distance to Nice, its about 1.25 miles to get to Nice City by car or Bus. Just follow the coast if you plan to walk. Train station is in city, good to go to Cannes or Monaco. 16-Sep-072. Air cconditioning did not work upon arrival, this was recified immediatley, it was then the most effective i'd experienced for years. Only slight complaint, which should be easy to remedy, the Kitchen work surface was not cleaned though the rest of the room was thoughougly cleaned every day. Would use this hotel again.
