consumer comments
1. A good average hotel accommodation with a great setting. Pleasant, helpful staff - didn't use the dining room so can't comment on the food. Marian Pawson, New Zealand
03-Oct-072. Although this hotel is the last one out of town and so not what one would call convenient as you need a car to get to it, it is located looking over a Geyser and offers the most amazing displays every day. It is one of the hotels that doesn't have an acrid sulphur smell as it isn't close to the lake. My room was basic but very clean, large and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel (not too hard). Camille Davey, Australia
