1. Plesant, quiet location with plenty of buses into the centre of the city. Public rooms were quite well presented but our bedroom was certainly in need of a facelift. Potentially beautiful garden needed some TLC. Breakfast choice was very limited and we felt the hotel was quite expensive, even for Florence. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and, with a little attention, this hotel could be really special. Eileen Taylor, Portugal
20-Sep-072. The view from the balcony in our room on the fourth floor was spectacular. Ilaria in the front desk was pretty, friendly and helpful. Location a bit far out but the free parking was a plus. Pou Hong Lou, Macau
