1. I was a guest in your apartments recently and I had trouble with the internet, I called the front desk and to seek advice from the night manager before my calling the night manager I was dealing with Jo the day time manager a very nice and helpful person. The night manager and her boyfriend (whose name escapes me) and also her boyfriends friend verbally abused and threatened me physically in the lobby. Now as a guest even if I lose my temper or use foul language (which I may add I did not) there is no way that I should have to be submitted to this kind of behaviour. Your night manager and her friends will tell you a different story of course but let me tell you that this is totally unacceptable behaviour. I have travelled the world on business and also pleasure and this is the first time I have seen this kind of behaviour from supposedly professional staff. I will never recommend Poplars Christchurch apartments to any of my collegues or friends. Claudio Verchiani, Thailand
08-Dec-062. The initial room we had was fairly small and poky, the hot water did not work and as a result we where given a new room that was a vast improvement. I could not question the responsiveness and the service of the staff at Poplars in this situation - there was no hestitation- they where fantastic. David Ward, Australia
