1. The view of the Spanish Steps from our room was fantastic. Calling this a hotel is misleading - it is bed and breakfast, with breakfast served in the room.

If you are looking for location this hotel is right on the spanish steps,our room had a lovely view overlooking the steps.The room was clean but needed updating.Beakfast is continental in your room which was better than no breakfast at all.One receptionist was very unhelpful when we arrived and found we had been pick pocketed but the rest of the staff was polite and helpful.The metro is one minute away so you can reach every where else in Rome from here as well.If you want a really nice hotel maybe you would do better more out of town but if location is a priority then this hotel is fantastic.
