1. Stayed in the excelsior tower section room adequate for one person crowded for two. facilities are basic greeting at hotel was very impersonal and staff not very helpful when asked simple questions like what time is your tour desk open. Tour desk were very helpful. I found this hotel to be expensive for what was provided and would only rate the room as basic 3 star. Did not use other facilities ie pool. 07-Sep-072. We were lucky we picked an executive suite which accommodated us and our 2 children well, although we did have to get in an extra bed which could only fit in the living area. The decor was OK as was the service. We found it better to have breakfast outside the hotel as it was much cheaper. I'd be happy to stay there again. Linda Illich, Australia
