1. We have stayed in many hotels in NYC. This one is not very good value. The Staff is great. I did not mind parking but we waited 30+ minutes to get the car. The room was very clean but without any amenities. No counter space was a big annoyance. We were on the concierge floor, an upgrade we were told. There was little to indicate that it was a concierge floor by way of amenities. For the trip it was an ideal location. It would not be a destination hotel. Some one has done a very good job training the staff from bellmen, luggage check, front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant. There was just enough value for the price.
