1. This is a good hotel if you want to be close to the Termini Station as it is within walking distance which helps for airport transfers etc. however we found it annoying that the metro shuts at 9pm and we weren't too familiar with the buses and the hotel is a walk from the sights. The hotel was good and the reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast choice is varied and very much so self service.

2. The staff were extremely helpful with all our queries. It helps that they all spoke english. This hotel is within walking distance from Termini station which makes it easy for us to travel all over rome. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Rome.
