1. A good location 1-2 km from Ciampino airport for anybody flying early the next day or arriving late at night although it is not a location you would stay more then one night. A motel style with large rooms, reasonably priced and a good restaurant . The only problem on our visit was that the air conditioning was not working which we didn't notice at first but woke at 3am feeling very hot and had to raid the mini bar - at least they didn't charge for the water.

2. Stayed at this hotel as had early departure & 5mins drive to airport in shuttle. Arrived into Rome at night so took taxi(very expensive). Took ages to locate the hotel as does not have name outside so was not impressed. Hotel itself quite okay, the bar attached has a few snacks also drinks, the rest. was closed for meals as 11pm arrival.
