1. In spite of booking a Non-smoking twin-room, I was allocated a Double- room with an ash tray and open windows! Needless to say it smellt of smoke. We had no breakfast on our first morning as there was nowhere to sit down.When we did manage to get a table on the second day,we were struggling with shortages of glasses,cutlery etc.No help was forthcoming.We were refused service in the lounge"I am not serving now" - clearly not enough staff aroumd.
