1. this hotel is conveniently located for the Metro and the buses (get hold of a timetable), it is within reasonable walking distance of many of DC's attractions (don't put the 'spy museum' high on your list of 'must-sees' but don't miss the 'American Indian Museum' -- the other attractions are probably self-evident). For we Brits. the price is most reasonable -- one couldn't get the same accommodation for well-over twice the price in London! For the ordinary, non-luxury seeking visitor, it is a five-star find!
