1. The service at the hotel was excellent, we received a warm and friendly welcome by reception staff daily, they went out of their way to be helpful, and ensured that our stay was truly memorable. The head waiter (not sure that that was his title), excelled himself by knowing the history of the hotel, which he was only too happy to share with us. We had a ten minute walk to Lake Michigan, and the magnificent mile was a short walk away. As a family we highly recommend this hotel. Anonymous
