1. Not a bad hotel but my biggest complaint was the extremely thin walls so it felt like the neighbours were sharing our room! Also was not able to place an international call from the room despite having provided the required credit card impression. Calling the switchboard was useless as nobody bothered to answer and the front desk promised to sort it but never did - why on earth they could not simply connect the call and transfer it to my room I'll never know. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant servded decent food although service was rather slow. The restaurant staff were very frinedly and helpful, the front desk staff less so. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the underground station.

2. The hotel is very well situated acroos from the Hammersmith tube station, although the front door of the hotel may be a little hard to find. (some signage is posted at various points outside for other hotel exits and entrances). It is a very large hotel, but day to day everything does seem to run smoothly. Breakfast buffet is great, lots to choose from.
