1. Reception and bell boys are extremely attentive and helpful. Especially the bell boys who can remember us and our room no. that we stayed. It makes us feel important and our stay pleasant.

2. The service from staff was amazing. The location we found as first timers to Hong Kong extremely convenient as we were not into the upmarket seen on Hong Kong Island however we did visit this area a couple of times and it was just a couple of minutes on the MTR and your there. The size of the room was excellent, plenty of space to spread out and admire the shopping. We would definitely stay there again.
