1. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first room I was allocated smelled like the inside of a dog kennel. The manager immediately moved me to a better room and a complaint about lack of hot water was dealth with immediately. However, every item in the kitchenette was covered with grease, and the floors in the bathroom and toilet were very dirty. The curtains were hanging off their tracks. The lobby bar was comfortable, but they had run out of some basic drinks, like vodka and cognac. This could be an excellent hotel if the cleaning, maintenance and stock control was better.
