1. This hotel is very bad. Until very late there was no water. The phone in the room didn't worked. No internet in the hotel. Nehemia Niv, Israel
06-May-072. We arrived to find scaffolding all over the hotel. Our room (which was on the scaffolded side of the building) was not adequate. The floor and ceilings were stained, the walls and window filthy. The bed and bathroom were clean. We were woken before 8 by builders scraping at the outside wall of our room. We were moved to another room and given keys which did not work. We were then upgraded to a 'luxury' room. This room was much better. However when we checked into it the last people's dirty towels were all left on the floor of the room and the bathroom had not been cleaned (although the beds had been changed and we had been told the room was ready). The staff were friendly and courteous and promised that when the work was finished all the rooms would be up to the standard of our final room. However despite the excellent position (near the Museums) we did feel the hotel was substandard. Anonymous
