1. We had a room that was in the back overlooking an area all enclosed by buildings - very quiet. The staff (on duty 24 hours) are very friendly efficient. The location is convenient to the train station and to metro (3 blocks), but not close to any major sights. The building is charming.

2. The hotel itself is quite nice, comfortable, charming. The one very bad thing is the breakfast which is Spartan at best. Horrible coffee, some bread or croissant, processed cheese, some jams. If you want a hotel that starts you off with a wholesome breakfast, this isn't the one.
