1. Location needs car as public transport is bad to Siena - last bus back 8 35 PM. Free internet at WiFi point, new premises. Nice breakfast and English speaking staff. Will go there again.

2. Approx 15 minutes drive to Siena but situated in lovely, quiet village. Need to drive to shops etc. Swimming pool and setting great. Will need to upgrade rooms as although only 2 years old the rooms are looking a little tired - eg bath leaking into wall.
