1. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat! Excellent front desk staff who were there to make us feel welcomed. An excellent room with a nice toilet/shower for the price. Its a in a great location too since its so close to the Place de Clichy & Brochant metro station which is ace if you want to travel around Paris by yourself. The only minor quibble would be the food spread which could be much better with a bit more choice on the table. But it's definitely fine considering the amount i paid for it.

2. Room was not clean reception area smelt very bad. Staff was not helpfull or frienly. Will not recommed this hotel to anyone.
