1. Without exception all staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful which added to the enjoyment of the stay.Unfortunately the general condition of the hotel doesn't match the excellent staff.The decor isn't bad, perhaps a little time worn and in need of renovation, just enough not to make a return an automatic choice. Nontheless it is very well situated for sightseeing / shops / eating out ,with good breakfasts and bar. Saved by its high level of service.
