1. We had a standard double room which was really too small and had only one chair but otherwise we thought it good value and would return if able to get a larger room.

2. Very good location, right next to Gloucester road tube station. We initially got a quite small room (quite late arrival on thursday evening), but when we asked for a new one they upgraded us to a very spacious room.
