1. The staff was very helpful, especially when I needed to print an airline boarding pass. I would definitely stay there again on my next New York City stay. The security is also outstanding.

2. The hotel is very old & needs refurbished. TV's should allow free TV channels. SOME of the staff at reception have NO manners & should never be in a job that deals directly with the public. eg, no eye contact, no please & thank you, no smile, no personality!
