1. I would have given TOP marks for the facilities if only there had been tea / coffee making facilities in the room. I love a coffee last thing at night and first thing in the morning but room service adds a lot to your bill - and sometimes you just cant be bothered to go out to get one ! 16-Dec-062. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that one evening after we had returned late we found that we had no toilet paper - the maid didn't leave us another roll to replenish. There was no phone list for the main desk, housekeeing, etc., so we had nobody to call. We had to go down to the front desk to tell them. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. The drinks were a little pricey in the bar but I found that to be so in Switzerland. The room was very nice and very comfortable. Patti Bo, United States
