1. Used their website to book and was charged an extra $48 for booking. Their website was not easy to use and kept blocking us going forward. Lady on counter seemed not to know why we were charged for booking fee. Was charged a $100 bond for food. She had all our particulars so why was this necessary. We felt awful. Dinner at night was awful. The rice was dried out and came out in lumps. Not palatable. Would not recommend. Kevin Marsh, New Zealand
