1. The only downside was the (lack of a) view from our window but this was a small price to pay for the hotel's convenient location. Comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, very courteous staff, good location.

2. Only one disappointment from the hotel and that was the service for of our room - the complimentary room items were not refreshed daily i.e. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap etc - we had to ring down a couple of times for soap and toilet paper. Also for a 5 night stay, we would have expected at least one linen change for that standard of hotel. Apart from that, Reception and breakfast staff and breakfast itself were excellent.
