1. A dirty paint peeling, old fashioned 3 star accommodation for a 4 1/2 star price. Considering this hotel was supposed to have been revamped in the last 12 months, I would rather stay at [other hotel] where we got value for price. Better value else where.

2. The whole experience at the Mantra Treetops suited my requirements - all the facilities that I used were very good, particularly the Wharf restaurant.
