1. Male Receptionist was one of the best I have encountered. Facilities quite comprehensive and only a short distance from the beach and Surfers Paradise main shopping area. Upgraded to 1 bedroom ocean view suite which was equipped with everything including a kitchen, lounge area and balcony. Thoroughly recommend. PHILLIP STIRTON, Australia
09-Oct-072. Been to this hotel/resort at least 6 times - but they never have a record of previous history! Good location, facilities etc - close to beach. Need to be on high floor to get away from traffic noise tho' as resort ringed by main streets. HEATHER AUREGUY, New Zealand
